Index égalité homme-femme

Quel est cet Index ?

Chaque année, suivant le décret n° 2019-15 du 8 janvier 2019, les entreprises françaises sont tenues de publier leur index d’égalité hommes-femmes en termes de salaire. Cet index est calculé sur 100 points, à partir de 4 à 5 indicateurs selon la taille de l’entreprise.

What is this ?

Every year, the companies are publishing their women-men equality index in terms of salarial equality. Following the Decree No. 2019-15 of January 8, 2019, the index shall be calculated with 4 to 5 indicators (changing with the size of the company). At the end, a score of 100 points is given.

Goal : put an end to the remuneration gap between men and women.

  • Écarts d’augmentation individuelles
  • Écarts de promotion
  • Augmentation après congé maternité
  • Répartition sexuée des dix salariés ayant les plus hautes rémunérations

Suivant la loi Avenir du 5 septembre 2018, dont le but est d’éradiquer les écarts de rémunération entre les hommes et les femmes, SETIC S.A.S publie ses indicateurs.

  • Individual raises gap
  • Promotion gap between men and wowen
  • Raises after the maternity leave
  • Gender distribution of the ten highest paid employees
 

 

In accordance with the Avenir law of September 5, 2018, aimed at eliminating pay gaps between women and men, Setic s.a.s. and its various entities in France have published this data.
